Print Copy Scan Fax

The Library offers Printing, Copying, Scanning, and Faxing services.

Printing Services

Printing works by first sending a document to a Print Release Station at either our Main Library or Evergreen Branch.  You can do this through Email, our Online Portal, or from one of our Public Computers.


Options for Sending Print Jobs to the Print Release Station

  • Log on to one of our Public Computers with your Library Card or a free Guest Pass.


Printing Costs

  • Black and White: $0.10
  • Color, Letter: $0.50
  • Color, 11x17 and Legal: $1.00

Library cardholders get $3.50 of free printing credit each week.

Copying Services

The following costs are for each side of a page.  (A 2-sided print job will cost double.)

  • Black and White: $0.10
  • Color, Letter: $0.50
  • Color, 11x17: $1.00

Scanning Services

The Library offers free scanning services.  With the Library Document Station, you can send scanned documents to either an Email address, a USB Flash Drive, or to a Smartphone. Please see the guide below for detailed instructions.

Fax Services

The Library offers free Faxing with our Library Document Station. Please see the guide below for detailed instructions.

Library Document Station (Scan to Email, USB, Smartphone, or Fax)

LDS

The Library Document Station is a touchscreen monitor that lets you Scan or Fax documents.  You can scan documents one at a time with the Flatbed Scanner, or scan multiple pages in sequence with the Form Feed Scanner.

  1. To begin scanning or faxing a document, choose Scan Documents.

  2. Choose whether you want to Scan to Email, USB, or to a Smartphone. Or, if you want to Fax the document.

  3. Select the Scan settings that you want and press "Next".

  4. Choose which Scanner you want to use, and press "Next".

  5. Place your document face down on the scanner you selected, and Press Scan.  (The Flatbed Scanner will automatically rotate and center your document.)

  6. If you have more documents to Scan, press Scan. Otherwise, press "Deliver".

  7. Follow the instructions on the following screen to Deliver the scanned documents to Email, USB, Smartphone, or Fax.
