How much bigger will the branch be after the expansion?
The current building is 8,500 sq. feet with 52 parking spaces.
Building addition on the west side of the existing structure will add about 5,600 sq. ft. and 36 additional parking spaces with the demolition of the city-owned duplex, located on the corner of Holly and 4th.
We will have to allocate space in the branch for telecommunications equipment now housed in the duplex.
