Jim Gill to perform a live virtual sing-along and read-along concert

EVERETT, WA—Sing, dance, clap and have fun with us! Children and their grown-ups are invited to welcome winter during an interactive virtual concert with Jim Gill!  Save your spot for this interactive concert of musical games and musical books for children and families at The concert will take place on Saturday, Dec. 11, at 10:30 a.m.

Jim Gill’s songs and musical books will be familiar to families who’ve participated in Everett Public Library story times. This is a special opportunity to share the sing-along fun with the entire family.  

Jim Gill is a musician, author and child development specialist.  His recordings and his picture books have received honors and awards from the American Library Association and other organizations. 

Gill completed his graduate studies in child development at the Erikson Institute of Chicago with a special emphasis on the study of play.  For this reason, each of Gill’s recordings and books is created as an opportunity for playful interactions between a child and a caring adult. Children need to move and play, and Gill’s specialty is music that inspires play.
