Fall Gardening Saturday Series: Herbs (Evergreen Branch)
Saturday, August 27, 2022
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Join Snohomish County Master Gardeners to learn fall gardening tips! Every other Saturday at 2 p.m. beginning August 13.
On Saturday, August 27, at the Evergreen Branch, Master Gardener Sheryl will offer home gardeners an intro to herb gardening, from growing basil by the kitchen sink to planting and maintaining your own herb garden.
Join us at our other Fall Gardening Saturday Series presentations:
- September 10: Pollination with Laura @ the Evergreen Branch
- September 24: Seed saving with Lynn @ the Main Library
NOTE: These programs may move online if COVID metrics are high. Please register to be notified of event changes at crowdcast.io/e/gardening.
This is an Everett Public Library Un-Bee-Leaf-Able Seed Library series.
The Un-Bee-Leaf-Able Seed Library will encourage a community culture of embracing biodiversity and sustainability through sharing seed, cultivating food and flowers, and harvesting and preserving food in local gardens.
The Seed Library will collect donated seeds, sort and curate them, and make them available to gardeners at no cost. Recipients will be encouraged (but not required) to save seeds from the resulting crop to share back with other gardeners and the Un-Bee-Leaf-able Seed Library.
