One Everett One Book: "Stamped" Teen Book Discussion (Virtual)

Monday, February 22, 2021

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Register to attend a teen book discussion!  One Everett One Book is a new initiative to engage community through conversation about race and social justice. Read the book "Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You” by Jason Reynolds and Ibram X. Kendi, which explores the legacy of racism throughout the entire history of the United States of America. Then, join the discussion, which will be led by teacher-librarians from across the Everett School District. All teens from the community are encouraged to attend. A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants.

Be sure to also register and attend the community-wide keynote talk with Stamped authors Jason Reynolds and Ibram X. Kendi at 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22 (following the book discussion).
