Types of Cards  
To obtain a library card you will need to bring picture identification, proof of current physical address and mailing address when applicable. A parent must co-sign for children 17 and younger.

EVERETT RESIDENT CARD
We provide library service to the residents of the City of Everett.

RECIPROCAL CARD
We provide cards for residents of the City of Seattle and King County by a reciprocal agreement, except the towns of Yarrow Point and Hunts Point.

REGIONAL CARD
We provide cards for people who own property, own a business or work within the city limits of Everett and are 18 years of age or older. See ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

HOUSEHOLD PAID CARD
We also offer service for those who do not live in our service area by issuing a household card for $25 per quarter, $50 semi-annually or $100 per year.
